We have also decided to temporarily close the showroom and run the office at our Udden's premises remotely until such time that it is safe.

We have plenty of salt with more due in but I am a miserable old devil and if I think people are stockpiling then their order will be cancelled. We are British after all and we have certain standards to maintain even in these challenging times.
Without sounding insincere, we are here and if you are stuck in anyway we will do our very best to help you out even it requires masks and gloves.
So stiff upper lip and we will be calling to rearrange the work as soon as possible.

We have been in the Salt and softener business for many years and have built up a great reputation for customer care.
We work with our suppliers to give you the best prices on your salt. From one pack to a pallet load.

We have spent a lot of time and money making sure that when you pay your details are as safe as we can make them. In fact we use a company called Stripe who pride themselves on security.
There is no need to panic its all secure I have made sure. You need to remember that I am a Dorset man which means I do not like to part with money without a great deal of fuss. So I checked out these companies to find the best ones so that your money and my money is safe. I pay a bit more for the service but for peace of mind it is worth it.

We try to work with you to make your salt delivery as convenient as possible that is why it will be delivered by us not a courier.
After you have placed your order you will receive an email saying what day it will be delivered.
Normally this will be in the same week but occasionally if you have missed your areas delivery we will see you the following week.
Please remember to put any special instruction on the order and if you have a question or a special request.

MY NAME IS paul webb
We own and run Dorset Water Softeners that has always sold salt to its customers but one day a old customer said she did not realise we sold it!
With that in mind we tried to think of the clearest name possible and so Dorset Salt was formed. Run from our main office by the same great team at Dorset Water Softeners.
